Shared programming empowers sustainable communities leading directly to Exemplary Leadership Career Pathways across six high demand industry sectors, which include business (BUS), education (EDU), healthcare (HC), human resources (HR), hospitality (HY), and engineering and technology (ET).

WPC Administration, Pathways to Success, and Exemplary Leadership Career Pathways are a part of Community Holistic Individualization (CHI) Consortium. CHI Consortium is a network comprised of service providers, employers, and public and private organizations working to build capacity to help individuals navigate systems within their community leading to life stabilization, wellbeing, and self-efficacy. This means every business and person can access the resources and services they need to 1) develop, build, and grow or 2) heal and transform their life!

GRADUATION

LYT Linc works with all constituents and stakeholders to deliver a exceptional graduation experience to help the community learn more about their services, programs, and community impact:

  1. Host an annual graduation ceremony for all cohort graduates who completed in the year.
  2. Identify and schedule venue for ceremony.
  3. Invite guest speakers, parents, faculty, sponsors.
  4. Make sponsorship requests for collaborative partners (e.g., employers, funders, etc.)
  5. Order achievement awards, trophies, and diploma certificates for distribution.
  6. Plan and organize catering as needed.
  7. Capture the success story for each graduate, their families, and employers.
