LYT LINC exists to break barriers and build pathways to opportunity for underserved communities. Through mentorship, career development, and hands-on support from—resume building to job placement—we equip justice involved individuals, immigrants, and those facing financial hardship with the tools to rise. We believe everyone deserves a chance to succeed. By empowering individuals to reclaim their potential, we don’t just change lives—we help transform futures and strengthen communities.

Pathways to Success
The mission of Pathways to Success is to help people who are underpriviledged, disadvantaged, impoverished, facing significant hardships, and justice involved. This includes the following services:
1) Resume and cover letter preparation
2) Interview closet
3) Mock interviews
4) Job searching
5) Apprenticeship training
6) Job placement
