LYT LINC was founded on the belief that potential exists in every individual, regardless of their background, circumstances, or past challenges. Too often, people face barriers that prevent them from accessing education, employment, and the resources needed to achieve stability and independence. We exist to help bridge those gaps.
As an immigrant-founded organization, LYT LINC understands firsthand the determination it takes to overcome obstacles and create new opportunities. Our work is rooted in the belief that with guidance, support, and access to the right resources, individuals can transform their lives and positively impact those around them.
Through mentorship, workforce development, English as a Second Language (ESL) support, GED preparation, apprenticeship pathways, record expungement assistance, and resource navigation, we help individuals take meaningful steps toward personal and professional growth. Our whole-person approach recognizes that lasting success is built not only through employment and education, but also through confidence, connection, and community support.
