Michael Mordovtsev
Board Secretary
Mr. Mordovtsev is Board Secretary. He is driven by a deep commitment to helping others. This passion led me to join LYT LINC and pursue a career as a respiratory therapist, where he has the privilege of providing direct care and support to those in need. He is actively engaged in the local community volunteering with my church’s Sunday school and contributing time to help the homeless population in Sacramento with Loaves & Fishes.

Board Treasurer
Olga Bylova is Board Treasurer. With more than 15 years of experience in product management, developer platforms, and AI-driven technology, Olga brings a strong foundation in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational excellence. Her expertise includes internal developer platforms, identity and authorization systems, and agent-native engineering, where she helps organizations responsibly adopt AI at scale.
To support her role in nonprofit governance, Olga has completed professional training in nonprofit financial oversight, board governance, and nonprofit finance, strengthening her knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and fiduciary responsibilities. She is also highly proficient in using advanced spreadsheet and data analysis tools to support sound financial planning, reporting, and organizational decision-making.
She is passionate about leveraging technology, data, and financial stewardship to help mission-driven organizations grow sustainably while empowering individuals and communities to thrive.
